n my case, I have tried to open the lines of communication with Kootenai Medical Center and they pretty much imply it is an acceptable standard of care to use their doctors and their name all over the public record along with disclosed fraudulent medical records. It's okay. There is no due process required.

This has been an extremely long arduous journey for me and it's not over yet, but I am going to make public my privacy complaint because you deserve to know.  Folks can hardly believe this because of the players and that is the problem. I was left out to dry because I am not Mayor Bloem, I am not Mike Kennedy let alone Patty Duke, or Duane Hagadone, I am basically just your everyday joe who struggles paycheck to paycheck to survive. But, folks it took BIG MONEY to do this to me and invade my medical privacy like they did and get away with it. Getting back into court to fix the botch job is nearly impossible if not impossible to fix. I filed a privacy complaint once before, but the courts are not "covered entities" - you cannot include them, thus I try it again.

When something like this happens, you are defamed and humiliated. It is difficult to drum up the self esteem to come forward. Well, folks I don't care anymore. People like Jonelle Timlin-Simpson Ph.D. do not deserve to practice. She does needs assessments for the courts in custody issues and from what I understand she is married to Judge Benjamin Simpson who is over the family courts. Now is that not a conflict or what? One can hardly digest that professionals like this, let alone our own hospital would involve themselves in such deceipt. But they do. - FOR THE MONEY.

 Here is my privacy complaint. Read it and weep. It's all I have really been able to do since it was done to me. And, also know that anything that is documented about you can and will be used against you (doesn't even need to be authorized or validated) in any court battle in the Coeur d'Alene area.
