I have been working diligently on exposing my very ugly local story (stories). At this rate, I can honestly say, I feel like an investigative blogger - if I did not have to work and I had money - I would be hell on wheels and right now without any money, I am not doing too shabby.
Today I met with Tom Green - he is a reporter for the CDA Press - I have also corresponded with Maureen Dolan. My point is now that things are progressing, I feel the need to include the public in the 'progression' of this very interesting story. I am going to YELL it because the public deserves to know!
However, as I thought - a local paper is not going to want to do a story that incriminates their own hospital, their own judges, or their own medical professionals. But you know what? I will, because I have all of the evidence and the proof.
You would think that in this day and age of HIPAA - that someone would step up to the plate and do something right. You see - 'they' all know but, 'they' just keep their heads in the sand and refuse to see the writing on the wall. This area is producing fraudulent medical records and submitting them into PUBLIC court record. They know that this is current and they know that HIPPA (privacy protection law of an individual's medical records) is here, but they do nothing. The protection was always there but folks thought HIPPA would make it "tighter." If that were the case the disclosure of my records (fraudulently) would not be all over a public case today. It's a strong argument as to why District 1 needs to fix it NOW! I wil let the clerk of the court in Bonner County know that tomorrow. I am just getting tired of doing everyone's work - KMC should be screaming and so should Timlin-Simpson. ( I left a voicemail for Judge Simpson, yesterday) Medical professionals are covered entities - they cannot produce medical records - FRAUD - or not unless they go through legal COURT procedure. Kootenai Medical Center knows that but does nothing and their name is all over the public record - they just ignore me. Big mistake.
