Guess what the Idaho Health and Welfare did up here under your supervision?
Via a public records request they released a document that only protected the privacy of the applicant concerning child support services - the former temporary custodial parent, Edward E. Howard who is not available to anyone and is hiding in another state. His wife, Noreen Howard who I think works for Yokes Pac and Save in Sandpoint, Idaho refuses to give out the address where he can be reached - the same address that the State of Idaho sends his mail box money to. The State of Idaho and it's reps say I must contact the client who recieves child support in order to get this information. So how do you expect me to do it? An ad in the paper?
I need to go back to court to fix this so I requested the document - I wanted to see how it was enforced. Just how many copies are out there? Do you have privacy protected garbage cans? You can locate me but you cannot locate him? How can I fix this very big mistake if you protect and hide his information?
They released into the public - a document -which reveals my address, my social security number and those of my daughters along with birthdates and my parents names who are deceased. That is just fine with you. The application states it must also have that information even if they are dead.
Yep, they did. It is evident it has been copied many times and comes with the formal cover letter. Only the State of Idaho in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho could violate someone's privacy like this. All I asked for was a signature but I got way more - and most of it was dummied up by someone else.
Donna, a worker here and others in the area say they can do that - release anyone's SSN to the public that they want except for the applicant of the services. Who was smoking crack when they did this?
I know - you should be concerned, but maybe you are not, because that is what they are doing -releasing SSN's of private individuals into the public sector/domain.
