I got a reply from the private company pertaining to my child support that I cannot pay due to inadequate services to do so. Here is their reply and I did exactly what she is telling me to do again. In the end - it does not matter. I take the brunt of it all and they are not responsible for anything. I should not have to do THEIR work. This is riduculous. I sure hope Judge Hesie is reading - she is the chair for the Idaho Supreme Court Child Support Guidelines. If it does not work - take the darn thing off!

Doesn't matter anymore anyway. While trying to fix this I found out that the State of Idaho garnished my check and for more than was orignially ordered. So they can have my car. I only owe 2000.00 on it but they can auction it off for a couple of months of child support anyway. This also takes my medical insurance. A self reliance specialist by the name of Sharon Banducci did this. I wonder if she is related to any of the Banducci's on the Supreme Court Appellate Task Force? I already lost one job here in Idaho over this child support order, now I can't afford to keep the one I have. Mind you this order was not inforced for over 10 years. Not until I moved back to Idaho did it happen and only because the State of Idaho had no way to send the proper court order to Oklahoma because there isn't one. But when I moved back, they forced the the garbage through Bonner County. The State had no reference of it until 2006 except when they took my driver's license away from me because I went to Idaho Falls to see my daughter play volleyball. A private attorney did that. I was told the court order(s) were good in Europe. There are several of them, it is a mash of paperwork. My daughters are 26 and 21. Gee - is this is the work of the Idaho family courts? Obviously, I was not in one.
