Today I saw this T-shirt. It said, "I love my county. It's the government that I am afraid of." How true.
I know it's hard to believe or maybe not, but every month for the rest of my life I will be paying child support. It's not much, but it will probably be garnished out of my social security check at some point in time down the road. This is my obligation per the State of Idaho for children I never got to see thanks to a botched custody evaluation - really botched!
The child support order is public record and is a nightmare. I was first ordered to pay the clerk of the court in Bonner County the balance after any receipts that had been provided for the drunk guardian ad litem who was appointed and /or any services that had been provided to me for any mental health treatment at around 200 bucks an hour - so of course I did not get any. I thought about getting some here lately - because the State of Idaho is driving me nuts, but that will not work because the State of Idaho says the court order isn't any good and I have to pay now. Go figure. Does not matter that my ex lives in at least a 350 thousand dollar home and his income is substantially much more than mine. I average 13 thousand a year. It was his money that bought the expert witness and the botched custody evaluation who is married to a judge now and is on other committees with the same players.
So today I took cash to the CDA office and they refused it. Last month they took it. I called the state office and they said, "Just go get a money order and mail it or send them a check. It's a simple task." "I would but it would probably bounce," I replied. Things are tight these days, my car broke down. So, I told Debbi (H&W customer service rep) that I was going to use my credit card to meet my obligation on their website, but their website does not work. She said that a "PRIVATE COMPANY" was responsible for the website. So I emailed a letter to Dear Private Company, to fix their website so I could meet my obligation if they could meet theirs to the taxpayers of this state. I even gave them my password so it would be easier on them. It is fittingly Idumbho1.
Now, that I am into Supreme Court Commitees, you can bet on it that I will notify them as well. Yep, I think I will call Debra Heise right now. Judge Heise is out of Bonner County - Sandpoint, Idaho. Pat says all stuff needs to be put in writing - the courts don't do email. So I told Pat (the judge's clerk) to read my website, because I do my correspondence via the internet. It's less time consuming and cheaper. So Debra Heise, if you are reading this please review the child support order on CV-9400988. It's a real kicker and public record even though it invades my privacy on a huge level. You should share it with everyone at your next meeting. Also please note on that same case, you issued an injunction that I never received and never knew about until years later. Gee, it would have been nice if you had talked with me. Heise is also on the Wellness committee with Judge Simpson's wife who does all the family needs assessments for District 1 and Hamlin who is the person you complain to about judges. It was Simpson who falsified medical records in her assessment on case CV-9400988. Judge Heise is also on the Idaho Supreme Court Committee for Child Support Guidelines. She is the chair.
